How do I track my order?
 

All Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service.  Tracking numbers will be provided at time of shipment.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

All orders are shipped using USPS First Class or Priority Mail.  Please allow up to 7 business days to process your order for shipment.  Although we don't offer expedited shipping, we will try our best to accommodate your expedite requests.  Expedite request are not guaranteed.  Please submit expedite requests to customerservice@prettyhautedesigns.com.

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Pretty Haute Designs only offer shipping within the United States at this time.

 

What is your Return Policy?
All Sales Are Final.  If you receive a defective item, please email us to discuss possible options.
Do you accept bulk or custom orders on your accessories?
 

Yes.  Please contact us directly.  Bulk orders are considered buying 10 or more of the same item.  A 50% deposit is required up front.  Please contact us to discuss details.
