How do I track my order?
 

All Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service.  Tracking numbers will be provided at time of shipment.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

All orders are shipped using USPS First Class or Priority Mail.  Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order for shipment.  Please feel free to inquire about your shipping status at customerservice@prettyhautedesigns.com.

*NOTE* We will only ship once per week to minimize the risk of exposure to COVID-19.  We understand that this is an inconvenience, but we are doing our part to maintain social distancing and our health.

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Pretty Haute Designs only offer shipping within the United States at this time.

 

What is your Return Policy?
All Sales Are Final.  If you receive a defective item, please email us to discuss possible options.
Do you accept bulk or custom orders on your accessories?
 

Yes.  Please contact us directly.  Bulk orders are considered buying 10 or more of the same item.  A 50% deposit is required up front.  Please contact us to discuss details.
